Our Mission: Education and Service
Our mission encompasses three key objectives aimed at enhancing the skills of community members.
Firstly, we are committed to teaching basic skills in the English language and computer literacy, recognising the importance of these skills in the broader tourism sector. With proficiency in these areas, community members can effectively engage with visitors and utilise modern tools to improve their service.
Secondly, we focus on equipping locals with the knowledge to professionally take care of guests. By providing training in hospitality, we ensure that our community is ready to deliver exceptional experiences that encourage return visits and positive word-of-mouth.
Lastly, we aim to instill a strong understanding of conservation principles. By teaching these concepts, we empower our community to appreciate and advocate for environmental preservation, ensuring that our natural resources remain intact for future generations.
