Booking Your Climbing Trip
When planning your climbing trips, it is critical to undertake advance preparation. One of the first steps is to secure the time of a qualified guide. Availability can be limited, hence booking well in advance can help ensure that your desired dates are accommodated.
Payment and Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking your climbing trip. This initial payment confirms your reservation and secures your guide for the selected dates. The remaining 50% of the payment is due one month before the trip commences. It is essential to keep track of these deadlines to maintain your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you need to alter your plans, a one-time adjustment of the schedule is permissible due to emergencies. However, please be aware that cancellations are not allowed under standard conditions. If you decide to cancel your climbing trip, all deposits or payments made will be forfeited. This policy emphasises the importance of careful planning and commitment to your adventure.
